Asset Categories
- Editorial: Footage of real people, places, and events for factual or journalistic use only. Cannot be used in ads or fictional content.
- Creative: Cleared for artistic or narrative use. Includes model/property releases. Suitable for commercial, broadcast, and social platforms.
- Public Domain: Free of known copyright restrictions. Provided as-is with no warranties. Great for history and research.
- AI Generated: Fully released synthetic footage created from licensed archival models. Can be used commercially with full legal clearance.
Quality and Format
All downloads are delivered in pristine HD ProRes 422 format to ensure archival-level quality and editing flexibility.
Revenue Sharing with Families
25% of all licensing revenue is shared directly with the families or copyright holders who contributed their home movie collections. This helps preserve generational stories and incentivizes continued archival contributions.
